Mark’s father, Richard Frazier Sr., passed away in May 2020. They loved the people and life of Sussex County and the beauty and serenity of the Eastern Shore in general. They thoroughly enjoyed their life together, meeting new people and traveling. He and his wife, Ann, married in Baltimore in 2000 and moved to Sussex County in 2007. He went into the electrical trade, became a Master Electrician, and began his business in 1992, serving customers in the Baltimore area and subsequently since 2007 in Sussex County and the surrounding area. native and grew up in the Parkville area. He was thoughtful and kind, and gave of his time and resources generously to benefit many people throughout the years. He had a huge heart and counted it a privilege to serve people of all ages, especially the elderly. Mark was a larger-than-life person whose countenance brightened a room - he met a new friend everywhere he went. He was a strong personal witness to the love and grace of God in his life and spoke often over the years of the many blessings he had experienced as a result. On Monday, he was absent from his physical body and present with his Lord. A believer in his Savior, Jesus Christ, Mark knew with certainty that he would go to heaven when he died.
